Placing an Order
Before you are able to order, you must create an account with us. After that we will provide you with a user name and password that allows you to purchase from us using the online catalogue. There are several ways you can order:
Simply browse though our online catalogue and review items to add to your shopping cart. When you checkout, your order will be emailed to us and a verification copy will be emailed to you.

Due to the high labor cost associated with processing relatively small orders through order entry, order picking and shipping, a minimum order fee policy has been implemented to offset this cost: minimum Orders are $150 (before tax), orders below the minimum (before tax) will be subject to a $10.00 service fee. (back-orders do not apply)
Any orders picked up at our warehouse that are over $250.00 (before tax) will receive the following discounts:
• Pay by Cash: receive a 5% discount.
• Pay by Credit Card: receive a 4% discount.

Use of bmsfactory.com's order form requires users to give us contact and shipping information (name, address and email address), and financial information (account or credit card number). We may use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user promotional material only from BMS. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the customer when necessary.
No financial information is collected online to bill the user's credit card for products and services. All payment options are processed offline by our customer service representatives. Demographic and profile data is not collected on our site.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
All new accounts are COD or certified cheque. Terms are negotiable after a credit application is approved. Standard credit terms are net 30 days.
All orders are F.O.B. From our warehouse, the customer has the option of pick-up or any other shipping method. Most of our customers prefer to use UPS or Canada Post.
All return product claims MUST be authorized by BMS Factory and supplied with a return authorization (RMA) number before any returns are accepted. The supplied RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Failure to obtain BMS authorization before returning product may result in refusal of the shipment at the sender's expense.
Product Returns for Credit
All product returns for credit is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Defective goods for replacement are an exception.
